Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Riverwoods (the “Village”) will receive Proposals for Tree, Shrub, and Stump Removal Services at the Village Hall, 300 Portwine Road, Riverwoods, IL 60015 until February 13, 2025.
Each proposer must submit a complete proposal package (printed copy of this document) in a
sealed envelope, clearly identified as “PROPOSAL FOR VILLAGE OF RIVERWOODS RFP
No. 2025-CS-001” on or before 11:00 A.M., February 13, 2025. The proposals may be mailed
or delivered to:

Riverwoods IL 60015
Attn: Village Clerk
Proposers accept all risk of late delivery of mailed proposals regardless of fault. Late submittals
will not be opened. Facsimile and other electronically transmitted proposals will not be
considered. All proposals and accompanying documentation become the property of the
Village and will not be returned.
