The Village of Riverwoods is seeking a qualified snow removal contractor to remove snow from public streets, municipal-owned building parking lots and walkways.
The Village anticipates awarding a contract for the work at the regularly scheduled Board of Trustees meeting to be held on October 7, 2025. The Village will incorporate the Contractor’s bid proposal into its standard form of contract in the form of Exhibit A attached below, which is anticipated to be signed by both parties after the Board meeting. The contractor will be required to furnish evidence of insurance coverage and endorsements in compliance with the insurance requirements attached to the contract.
