Criminal Sexual Assault Arrest

On 03/09/2023, at approximately 11:00 p.m., MATTHEW R. ARONSON, male, age 25, of Palatine, IL, was taken into custody by the Downers Grove Police Department at a hotel in Downers Grove, IL, on a Riverwoods Police Department arrest warrant charging him three (3) counts of Criminal Sexual Assault and two (2) counts of Aggravated Domestic Battery for his involvement with a Criminal Sexual Assault, which occurred in Riverwoods, IL on  December 22, 2022.  ARONSON was processed by the Riverwoods Police Department and was transported to the Lake County Jail for a bond hearing.  ARONSON is due to appear at the Lake County Courthouse in Waukegan on 03/21/2023 in room number T-020.

DUI Arrest

On 03/08/2023, at 11:26 p.m., police stopped a vehicle near Lake Cook Road and Portwine Road and arrested the driver, PEDRO BASURTO SOLORZA, male, age 31, of the 3100 block of 7^th St, Milwaukee, WI, for Speeding, Open Transportation of Alcohol, Driving While License Revoked and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. He was released on a $3000.00 personal recognizance bond and is scheduled to appear at the Lake County Courthouse in Waukegan on 04/12/2023.
