The Special Board Meeting called to continue the discussion on the Lexington proposal is canceled due to unavailability of the Lexington principals.  

We will continue the Lexington development discussion at the regular Board meeting scheduled on June 20.  Anticipating a longer session, the June 20 meeting will begin at 6:30.
