Live Streaming of BOT and Plan Commission Meetings via Zoom
The Village is committed to keeping residents informed and to accommodating residents who are unable to attend Board of Trustees and Plan Commission meetings in person. We are excited to announce that starting in February all regular BOT and Plan Commission meetings will be live-streamed via Zoom.
At this time, streaming of in-person meetings will be broadcasted "one-way" only, with logged-in Zoom participants not being allowed to engage in dialogue with the Board.
Zoom Meetings Dates, Times and Links:
- Board of Trustees Meetings take place at 7:30pm every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Riverwoods Village Hall. Click here to attend via Zoom
- Plan Commission Meetings take place at 7:30pm every first Thursday of the month at the Riverwoods Village Hall. Click here to attend via Zoom
Meetings are open to the public and the meeting Agenda/Packets are posted on the Village Meetings Calendar. Each BOT / Plan Commission Meeting has time set aside on the Agenda for residents, who wish to bring matters before the Board or the Plan Commission. Residents must be physically present during the meeting in order to make their address. Meetings can be canceled due to lack of agenda items, hence it is recommended to check the Village Meetings Calendar or contact the Village Hall to confirm if a particular meeting will take place.
Again, at this time there will be no two-way dialogue between Zoom attendees and the Board.
