On 11/23/2024, at 2:08 a.m., police stopped a vehicle near Lake Cook Rd and Saunders Rd and arrested the driver, Jamari Aujane Renfro, female, age 30, of the 1100 block of E. Candlenut Ln, Palatine, IL, for Speeding, Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. She was processed, charged, released and is scheduled to appear at the Lake County Courthouse in Waukegan on 12/18/2024 at 9:00 a.m.
On 11/24/2024, at 4:11 a.m., police stopped a vehicle near Lake Cook Rd and Portwine Rd and arrested the driver, Sergio Lopez Vargas, male, age 31, of the 2000 block of Kristan Av, North Chicago, IL, for Speeding, Open Transportation of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. He was processed, charged, released and is scheduled to appear at the Lake County Courthouse in Waukegan on 12/18/2024 at 9:00 a.m.
