Registration of Residential Rental Property

The Village of Riverwoods municipal code, ordinance #19-01-06, requires the registration of all residential rental properties, in order for the Village personnel to identify responsible persons for property maintenance and to avert activity that could otherwise become a nuisance or be detrimental to the character, health, and vitality of the surrounding neighborhood and the Village as a whole.

Please complete the below Rental Property Registration form and submit a $75 Registration Fee, payable by credit card over the phone.  A 3% service charge will be applied for all credit card payments.  A Check written out to the "Village of Riverwoods" can also be dropped off or mailed to the Village Hall.
